Edrisah Musuuza aka Eddy Kenzo has publicly revealed why singers Hanson Baliruno and Nina Roz quit the Uganda National Musicians Federation (UNMF).
While speaking to our entertainment journalist, Kenzo noted that Hanson had other businesses to wrap up in Canada however, he assured those who believe in UNMF that the singer did not leave forever meaning he is still part of the Federation.
“Hanson Baliruno had a private meeting with me and told me that he was leaving for Canada to handle some personal businesses but later he will return and be part of us,” Eddy Kenzo said.
On the other hand, Kenzo confirmed that Nina Roz left the Musicians Federation for personal business, for example, she is eyeing a political position somewhere.
“According to what I heard, singer Nina Roz is eyeing a political seat, therefore she decided to leave the Federation for some political reasons. Additionally, she is entitled to her personal life decisions and we as the leaders of the Uganda National Musicians Federation (UNMF) have to respect that,” Eddy Kenzo added.
Eddy Kenzo also urged artists to be patient with the leadership of UNMF since they still have a lot to learn.
